About Tellusglint
Feedback stays scattered until someone reads all of it together.
So we built something that does.
Every company we spoke to already had the answers to its biggest questions. They were sitting in support queues, app store reviews, survey exports and social threads.
The problem was never a lack of feedback. It was that each channel belonged to a different team, lived in a different tool and was read on a different schedule. Support saw complaints about payment. Marketing saw one-star reviews about the same checkout. Product saw a survey comment about it weeks later. Each team saw a slice, and nobody saw the shape.
Reading everything together by hand does not scale. Tagging spreadsheets drift, busy weeks go untagged, and by the time a pattern appears in a monthly report it has already cost refunds and churn.
The name comes from the idea at the centre of the product. Light that looks like one white beam is really many colours travelling together. Pass it through a prism and each colour separates, clear and measurable. Tellusglint does the same with feedback: one noisy stream in, distinct themes out, each with its own volume, sentiment and direction.
We keep the scope deliberately narrow. Tellusglint surfaces and scores themes. It does not talk to your customers or decide what to fix. Those choices belong to the people who understand the business.
Principles
Three ideas we build around.
Signal over noise
A dashboard with fifty charts is just more noise. We show fewer things, ranked by what matters, and let you drill down when you want the detail.
Cluster it, don’t just count it
A keyword count tells you "refund" appeared 300 times. A theme tells you that 180 of those are about a double charge on annual plans. Meaning beats frequency.
You decide the response
The engine points. Your team decides. We never reply to customers, open tickets or change anything in your tools on your behalf.
Your customers already wrote the roadmap.
Connect your first source and see this week's themes resolve out of the noise.
