Connect only what you are allowed to
- Connect only accounts, workspaces and files you own or are authorised to access.
- Do not connect sources in breach of the terms of the tool or platform they come from.
- Do not upload feedback collected without the notices or permissions your customers are owed.
Content that does not belong
- Payment card data, government identity numbers, health records or passwords, beyond what incidentally appears in customer comments.
- Data about individuals gathered for surveillance, profiling or tracking rather than product and service improvement.
- Content that is unlawful to store or process.
Use the output responsibly
- Do not use themes or scores to make automated decisions about individual people, such as denying service, credit or employment.
- Do not use the service to identify or target individual reviewers for retaliation.
Respect the service
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of the service without written permission.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy or resell the service.
- Do not overload the service or its API, or work around plan limits.
- Do not submit automated or misleading entries through our website forms.
Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been breached, we may ask you to fix it, disconnect the source concerned, or suspend the workspace where the risk is serious. We will explain what we found and, where possible, give you the chance to respond first.
