Multi-Source Collection
Every channel your customers use, in one stream.
The first job of the engine is simply getting everything into the same place. Once reviews, tickets, surveys and social posts sit side by side, patterns that no single team could see become obvious.
Source types covered
Built for the places feedback actually shows up.
Reviews
App store and marketplace reviews, plus public review sites. Star rating, review text, version and region come in together.
- Star rating kept alongside text
- App version and locale
- Replies from your team, if any
Support tickets
Tickets and email conversations from your help desk. Only the customer-written parts are clustered, not agent replies.
- Ticket tags and priority
- Customer messages only
- Links back to the original ticket
Surveys
Open-text answers from NPS, CSAT and custom surveys, joined with the score the customer gave.
- Score plus open-text answer
- Question the answer belongs to
- Respondent segment fields
Social mentions
Public posts that mention your brand or product names, filtered to drop obvious spam and unrelated matches.
- Brand and product keyword rules
- Public posts only
- Duplicate and spam filtering
Live chat
Chat transcripts from your messaging tool, split so each customer turn can be clustered on its own.
- Customer turns only
- Conversation metadata
- Channel and page context
CSV and spreadsheet uploads
Anything else, from interview notes to sales call summaries, as a one-off or scheduled upload.
- Map your own columns
- Backfill historical feedback
- Scheduled re-imports
How sources connect
Three ways in. No engineering sprint.
- Direct connection. Authorise access to a help desk, survey tool or review account and new feedback syncs on a schedule.
- API key. For tools that use keys instead of sign-in, paste a read-only key and choose which projects to include.
- File upload. Drop in a CSV, map the text and date columns, and optionally schedule the same upload each week.
What happens on arrival
Every comment is prepared before it is clustered.
Normalised
Dates, languages and ratings are brought to one format so sources compare fairly.
De-duplicated
The same complaint posted twice, or a ticket copied into chat, counts once.
Split
Long messages that raise several issues are split so each point finds its own theme.
Tagged with source
Every comment keeps its origin, so any theme can be filtered by channel.
